Financial oppression is the best #Bitcoin marketing, and social media oppression is the best #Nostr marketing. Seems like this might be the motto for our times.

Since my suspension from X, I’ve been fully immersed in #GrowNostr. Things got interesting when I started posting memes; which probably flagged me as a spammer on multiple relays. Next thing I know, 90% of my relay connections were flashing red in disconnection limbo on #primal. Nostr gurus advised me to keep my relay connections limited to 4-5 key ones. Lesson learned: quality over quantity.

While learning more about relays, I realized that even they can censor you, yes they can eventhough it's a #censoryship resistant protocol, it's still managed by humans. Which brings me to the ultimate move for #sovereignty: trying to run my own. A cloud-based relay seems like a good start, especially with #KYC-free providers.
