      <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>💧Day 3 of my water fast, and I can already taste my reward: bone broth (couple of hours before my dinner).<br><br>Gonna prep it tomorrow to have it on day 5.<br><br>Today, I finalized my order with the butcher: 6kg of knuckle, marrow, meaty, and cartilage-rich bones. <br>Tomorrow, I’ll pick them up, grill them for a smoky kick, then simmer them with wild herbs, salt, and pepper.
